The data that alave.aero collects from you will be the following: name, surname, phone number, postal code, email, position applied for and whether you speak English and Spanish (if applying for a job vacancy).

Likewise, alave.aero in special cases will request your physical image (photograph), for which alave will enable the appropriate means to obtain the consent of the holders in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP and its regulations.

• Likewise, the data collected will be used to contact you to offer more information for the generation of possible vacancies or new affiliated clients and their services and/or promotions.

• Evaluate the quality of service, conduct surveys on travel habits and preferences, to participate in contests and raffles, loyalty programs, implementation and development of advertising campaigns, as well as for the sending of promotions, offers, services and advertising purposes (Solely and exclusively for alave.aero).

Holders may immediately and free of charge at any time request the cancellation of promotional emails from alave.aero, by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link.

Data transfer, national and international

By virtue of the provisions of articles 36 and 37 of the LFPDPPP, your personal data may be transferred and/or shared to:

• Holding, subsidiary or affiliated companies under the common control of alave.aero, or a parent company or any company of the same alave.aero group operating under the same internal processes and policies;
• When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract executed or to be executed in the interest of the holder, by the responsible party and a third party;
• When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the responsible party and the holder, such as Suppliers, Tourist Service Providers, Banking and Credit Institutions, among others.

It is important to point out that the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred will be bound by the same terms of this Privacy Policy and will comply with the corresponding security and confidentiality measures.

Article 8 of the LFPDPPP provides the possibility of revoking the consent granted for the processing of your personal data.
