Alave's corporate headquarters provides guidance to implement, promote, develop, and maintain Safety Management System (SMS) procedures and principles across all our operational activities.

SMS

SMS at Alave is proactive, predictive, and data-driven. SMS components include safety information collection, analysis, and dissemination. The purpose of SMS is to provide a framework to maintain a safe operation by identifying hazards, mitigating risks, and promoting safety awareness throughout the organization.
